Big 5 Sporting Goods - (Near Longview, WA)

5 /5 Corina Gartman: I had the best customer service at Longview Washingtons big 5. The woman that helped me in shoe department helped me with tieing shoe laces, made sure I was happy with the shoes I purchased and helped me with my price range. I will be going back and tell others big 5 is good place to get shoes.

2 /5 Odette Moronez: I went to Big 5 yesterday. I walked in and no one said a word yet when I was walking towards the back section other people walked in and they were greeted. This isnt the first time Ive have experienced this type of poor customer service in the past. I dont plan on purchasing anything from this store ever. Not one worker said a word until I asked for the managers name. There was a guy in the back with the ladder that I asked questions. Then when I was walking out of the store because of the high prices I asked what was the managers name. Sporting Goods and other items such as sports shoes or name brand shoes are a lot cheaper at Ross or online. And I never plan on purchasing anything from such location and I wont be recommending this door to anybody. They need to improve on customer service and treat everybody equal and not discriminate. Keeping it real! We went to Athletes Corner and purchased what we wanted there instead of Big 5. Customer service at Athletes Corner was excellent.

5 /5 Noel B: The best Big 5 I have ever seen. Fantastic selection that I have not seen in other Big 5 stores. Very impressed with the selection and service. They had a great selection of Reef sandals, and different water shoes. They had a great camping selection and good athletic clothing selection, and shoes for sports, outdoors, and work. Especially considering it is not a large store. I was surprised and impressed.

5 /5 Kisha Myers: We went in there to get my type 1 diabetic fiance a new pair of shoes and the woman that helped us was so wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, she listened to everything that he wanted in a shoe and found him the perfect pair that was on sale! Saved us time, money and made him feel heard. The cashiers in the front were amazing as well! Fast, friendly, and so helpful too. 10/10 highly recommend stopping in if you are in need of shoes!
