Other than their return policy, the Seattle Premium Hugo Boss Outlet a good factory store with discounts for some products. The service was good and had one employee looking out for additional discounts for me. The return policy caught me off guard but the manager explained the details and process the return as per policy. Overall, good products (ahem discounted) and good service, but not phenomenal.
