I think I was in there about 20 minutes trying on 7-8 pair; and found the exact pants I wanted and two pair of jeans for my wife. Really enjoyed the experience. I have been there many times over the years, and will continue to pay for the most expensive, beautiful jeans just for the customer service. They were really busy and the manager kept their cool. There is respect between team members, lots of please and thank you. They even folded the jeans and put them in a bag neatly and walked around the counter to hand it to me.
