5 /5 Susan Cook: What is wonderful about Casual House is Chris, the owner. She has a great eye for style and is so helpful. Im a little high maintenance but shes always there to help find things for me to try. This is a great little gem in Oak Harbor and I highly suggest you shop here if you value a good look for yourself.

5 /5 Joanne Lightfritz: I’ve shopped in this store for DECADES - I have never had anything but a wonderful experience! The clothes are QUALITY (these are brands you would find in Nordstroms and other high end stores) they are not overpriced and if anything I’ve always saved money by purchasing locally in my small town. They are always willing to try to order clothes in if they don’t have your size, have wonderful trunk shows, and the customer service is always on point!

5 /5 Candace Kangas: I was over in Oak Harbor for the weekend. I went to the Casual House just to look around. I wasnt planning on buying anything at all. I was greeted by Paula she helped me out a lot. I tried on a few shoes, unfortunately they didnt fit well. While I was trying on the articles of clothing Paula assisted me further by asked if I needed to try on other sizes for any items that did not fit. I managed to find a cute red dress in the 75% off section, and a black cami at regular price. Paula was very kind, helpful, and very sociably. I recommend this place 100%.

1 /5 Arielle Morgan: I’ve been here a couple times and never had a pleasant experience. Customer service seems unhappy that you’re shopping, unwilling to assist, and clothing is overpriced. Products are poor quality, and I will not be going back.

3 /5 Lilfayj: The staff were friendly. There was much clothing to offer for women mostly. Limited mens selection and nothing for children or teens. A few soaps and candles to choose from. Variety limited.
