4 /5 Anthony Shaw (Tony): So far this is my favorite place for western wear here in Washington Stare, although I have only been to three stores here so far (including this one).
I have purchased four pairs of cowboy boots here and a belt and buckle.
Some things to note:
1) Customer service is somewhat inconsistent. I had great customer service the last few times I went there but this most recent visit (today) the staff didn’t seem very friendly. I came in to exchange a pair of boots and they didn’t seem too happy about it. I was able to get it done, though, without issue.
2) Their prices seem to be higher here. I don’t really understand the markup. For example, each of the four pairs of boots I bought, I saw them online from the manufacture for $20-$40 less. A pair of boots I bought at their store for $369 retailed for $339 on the manufacturer’s website. Not sure what the deal is behind that. I didn’t trip about it because if I bought the boots online I’d probably spend $20 or so for shipping and handling anyway.
Other than that, I think it’s still a decent place to get stuff and I plan to grab a pair of exotic boots my next visit.
As a side note, I wonder if their management / staff actually read their reviews.
