Extremely friendly and helpful owner that will get you going and he was offering the cheapest best options for everything we asked about. He even has diagrams for setting up your fishing poles. To you None Store manager Jason: I came in to do an online return, I was greeted by the sweetest and cutest “cowgirl” ever, she was very upfront that she hadn’t done an online return yet so if I could wait for the store manager. Jason showed up and admitted they were all in a state of learning as this store had just opened, we eventually got all the items returned and refunded. Due to sales tax differences I was shorted about ten bucks, Jason worked with me and gave me my birthday discount and store credit for the difference of sales tax, the district manager helped me select a hat and I ended up purchasing a $300 dollar Stetson, I deeply appreciate the honesty with the employees and the connection management tries to make with the customers I’ll definitely be back thank you guys and gals for the awesome service.
