H Qwynn Love Ross. Great place for bargain hunting. Low to mid-range designer brands. If you are petite like me, you won’t find clothes here, but housewares, kitchen items, throw pillows, sheets and such are usually good quality and reasonably priced below retail. Can be a fun place to spend an hour or so. Many novelty items and anime toys if that’s your thing. This store is clean and generally well organized. Like all Ross locations, it has the characteristic long lines during busy hours, too few cashiers and the bizarre paranoia about the loss of shopping carts…

Y Miller So really dont understand the new process. You now have to wait in line to go in the store 5-10 mins seems to be average wait and the last three time I went they only have 1 cashier both times I have waited 30-45 mins just to check out. Looks like only 2 people work there. Really hope they get some added staff.

Danielle Anderson Great selection! Its very nice to have a brick and mortar location for shoes, especially. They also run a Buy One, Get One Half Off special often.

Katelynn Camp A little hard to find things because everything was so packed onto the sale shelves. The setup is also by color, so pants are in all areas. I absolutely love pants from here.

Joelene Glavin This location needs to calm down on pricing. I think whoever decides prices has forgotten this is a thrift store NOT a fancy boutique. Ive seen clothes priced higher here then in store brand new. Also since I have NO choice but to check myself out, I cant see why your prices would go up. I should have a choice between self checkout and a cashier. I do not work for value village so why am I working when I shop there? I will give them this though, their selection is nice but again the prices are too high. I literally get mad while shopping here. Due to overpriced things and lack of customer service (in regards to check out, not the employees themselves) I do not go here unless I absolutely need something I cant find elsewhere in town and I know im not alone in this. Do better value village. Get your prices under control and rethink your only self check out methods. Also better weekly sales would be nice but yall cant even do that with your ridiculous prices. Come on its time to reevaluate your systems.

Larysa Did some early back to school shopping here today. My daughter is especially difficult when it comes to finding pants that she is comfortable in and the quest quickly becomes frustrating and exhausting. The staff was absolutely amazing as we used the dressing rooms 3 times with arms full of different styles and sizes. We didn’t feel Rushed or judged or like an inconvenience to the staff. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and attentive we were able to purchase 6 pairs of pants for back to school without a melt down. Our cashier was also very friendly despite some stress added to them by a random child playing hide and seek behind the counter and no additional staff available to help while the line was stacking up behind us.
