I received personal, one-on-one help, and they really listened to what I wanted instead of rushing me or pushing random options. They went above and beyond to make sure the dress fit beautifully and that I felt confident and happy. The whole experience felt special and stress-free, which is rare when shopping for a dress. I walked out feeling excited and taken care of.
