magenta vaughn As a single mom, trying to dress my kid can be disheartening when I walk into children’s shops and see the prices. Moonchild PNW in Olympia was such a joy to shop. The prices are actually reasonable, making it possible for my kiddo to have a cute wardrobe. I essentially bought everything she will wear for an entire year from the store. I’m talking an entire wardrobe of quality brand name clothing from this children’s resale shop. They have clothes for mama too! When we first walked in, we were so excited to see an adorable pair of quality gently used pink hiking boots. My l/o wasn’t wearing socks and Heather, the awesome owner, found some adorable pumpkin colored socks for her to try the shoes on. I’m glad we held out and avoided buying my daughter new shoes because these are in perfect condition & half the price of vans. The condition of her selection was way better than other resale shops I’ve been to. I feel like you could walk in here with zero sense of style and when you walk out, will look like a fashionista. We visit lots of these stores when we travel as a way to spend money on practical items instead of unnecessary purchases. Her curation of clothing is the best I’ve seen on the West Coast & central United States. You can tell she is passionate about her small business. We need more independent-women-owned businesses like this one.

Kristina Rojas We purchased several items for my daughters quinceañera and had nothing but problems along the way- we were told it would take 4-5months to come in- however did not get the dress until 9months. When we went to pick up our package- the bouquet was the wrong color of flowers and rhinestones and was told that was what we selected. While getting dressed for pictures, we noticed the string for the corset was missing from the dress- when we called down- she said “oh yes it’s right here” she knew it was still in the salon and never called to let us know they forgot to put it on the dress. Since the dress took soo long to come in- we were worried we would not have a dress in time or at all so we ended up going across the street to Mi Gusto Es where thankfully we had a MUCH better experience where they were nothing but helpful and responsive and I wish we would have went with them from the beginning!

Vicki Edwards I had my wedding here . Holly made it so wonderful ! the setting was fun. Holly did the service and I really liked what she said. Every thing did not go smooth , (my Fault not hers ) but nobody noticed I would definitely recommend

Vianey Gonzalez I love going into this place! Everything you see in here is gorgeous. I love supporting local business and thia boutique is one of them. From the moment you walk in the ladies there make you feel so welcome. Big thank you to Taylor for helping me find the perfect fit for my body. This lady is not only full of positive vibes and patience but does it with such passion. You can tell she really loves her job and what she does. She makes you feel beautiful no matter what! I cant wait to come back for my next outfit and have you help me out.

Brittany Holden One of my favorite thrift stores in Spokane, and Ive been to nearly all of them! Its a tiny store, which I kind of like. Lots of super vintage items, not a lot of modern pieces, which is what I look for. Lots of high quality pieces donated, too. Very moderate prices. I buy a lot of home goods and vintage dresses and womens tops here. Bought a few pieces of art over the years. Owned and operated by St Johns Cathedral, which is one of the churches that *actually* helps people in Spokane including our homeless brethren and LGBTQ neighbors. Very limited hours. I cant tell you how many times Ive shown up on a Sunday, forgetting theyre closed, and had to wait until next weekend... Still my favorite.

Mireya 123 I don’t understand how this place is not more popular! I found my DREAM prom dress. And if they don’t have the right size, they are happy to order the right size in dress with only a SMALL down payment. The stylist was incredibly nice and patient, when with my perfectionist of my mom asking a million questions at once. I am glad I got my senior prom dress from here, as well as for my date. They also have many options for suits!
