Garage - (Near Kennewick, WA)

2 /5 Joanna Kim: Great clothing quality, but the staff was very rude. I was clearly next in line, yet the employee skipped me and said she’d help someone behind me instead, claiming they were in front. Really disappointing customer service.

1 /5 Christina Drobish: Very disappointed. My daughter got a sweater for Christmas that was too small. I went in on the 26th and tried to do an even exchange for either the same sweater (the same sweater was still in the store) that was her size or credit to something else, they could not do it due to us not having a receipt even though the tags were on it and I identified the item as a gift to my daughter for Christmas. Went and got the receipt from my mom who got her the sweater. Showed back up to do an exchange or again get her something in her size on the 30th. Now the employee tells me because it’s been over 30 days (by 2 days) from the receipt they can’t do it. I explained she just got this for Christmas and what we were wanting to do and that I had been in 3 days before trying to do the same thing but was told I needed a receipt and that now I was back with the receipt. The employee tried to tell me that I could go find her something else in her size in the store and buy it offering me no resolution for the sweater except sorry you’re out of luck go spend more money here. It’s bad customer service and a poor policy overall especially with the holidays. I would not buy anything from here to give to someone as a gift because of their policies! I definitely won’t be spending any of my money here at all because of how this situation has been handled and the amount of times I went in and tried to return/exchange an item to the store. Please see the below screenshot straight from the website. The employees in that store do not know what they are doing and have wasted so much of my time, gas and patience.
