erik montejano Great staff and awesome environment!!! Went in to get my hat shaped, I was greated and helped as soon as I walked in. Sergio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all hat styles and shapes. As soon as they were done, they communicated cleary. Overall fantastic experience! I highly recommend going here for hat shaping, buying a new hat, and overall just shopping western wear.

crystal sonday Kendra is absolutely amazing! My 11 year old was an "early bloomer" with a deep hour glass shape for her age, and jeans have been the bane of her existence for years, she didnt feel comfortable in most pants and resorted to leggings, sweats or cargo pants. And Kendra came in listened to my daughters wants and needs and just took over, put my daughter in the dressing room and kept bringing over options she thought she would like. My daughter loved every one of them and I think we left with 8 pairs that my daughter is in love with. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. So much that I offered her a job! Lol Thank you so much for everything you did for my little girl! ❤️

lilisa clothes are so cute but soooooo expensive. customer service has always been a hit or miss here, none of them really check in with you or ask if you need help and checking out can be really awkward since ive had times where the cashiers just completely ignore me and talk to their co-worker the whole time or just stay completely silent and only say the bare minimum. its hard to distinguish workers from actual customers since they just wander around, and theres been times where i feel a bit unwelcome in the store. also noticed that the dresses never really fit right, they hug my body really weird and makes it look like i weigh more than i actually do (if that makes sense). hard to find a lot of things in stock too

Desiree Patterson This is my new favorite store in Seattle. Seattle shopping is overall lacking but this place is a bright star! Sales associates are lovely! They have lots of mid ranged items. Yes this isnt fast fashion prices but you get what you pay for. If you love Japanese (and black of course as a Seattle staple) this clothing this store is a must. The only thing that would be a nice touch is offering water if youre there awhile.
