I bought a dress back in May or June. It’s now August, and I had to call them myself to find out what was going on with my daughter’s dress for my wedding.
When I called, a girl answered. I explained the situation and asked if the dress had come in. She said she would call her mother to find out. About 20 minutes later, she called me back and said her mom was gone and wouldn’t be back until Monday. Then she added, “My mom tried to call you, but the dress is no longer made in white. Since she couldn’t reach you, she just ordered something similar.”
Mind you—my daughter’s original dress had tulle, sparkles, and flowers. The one they ordered instead had NONE of that. It didn’t even have tulle—it was satin! I was beyond livid.
The daughter was snarky and told me I’d have to deal with her mom when she got back. I said, “I’m sorry, just give me a refund and I’ll leave.”
She responded, “Can you wait until my mom comes back? Or we can exchange it?”
I replied, “No, I’m sorry. I want a refund. I’ll go somewhere else.”
She had an attitude with me even though I was trying to stay calm and collected the whole time.
I took my business to another store across the street Llane’s Boutique! Amazing service there was helped me ASAP!
BTW SHE NEVER CALLED MY PHONE!
