Kohls - (Near Richland, WA)

5 /5 Pedro Ochoa: I hadnt stepped inside the Kohls in Richland for years, and honestly, I walked in today with some preconceived notions. I am so glad I did—my feelings about this store have completely changed! What an awesome experience today. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire visit a pleasure. I especially want to give a shoutout to Brody, the manager. His helpfulness and great attitude truly stood out and made a big difference. The store was well-organized, the staff was friendly, and the service was outstanding. Ill definitely be back much sooner this time!

5 /5 Andrew Kelly: Shout out to Kirsten! I observed her be incredibly kind and gracious to an elderly man, struggling with knowing how to access technology for a return. In a world filled with so much meanness, it was refreshing to see such kindness. My family loves shopping at Kohls!

5 /5 Mrs. K: I only discovered this store this year (2025) thanks to a new neighbor who moved in next door to me and invited me to come along with her to shop Kohls. What I love about this place is its clean and never crowded. Which I guess isnt a good thing in the long run. I can honestly say its my favorite store and my first choice when I need a gift or something for myself. Friendly staff too.

1 /5 Makenzi G: I always enjoy going to Kohls. Its been a while since Ive been there so I got confused with how the lines work. I was accidentally standing in the Amazon line instead of the regular line. Instead of politely being told where I should go, I was pretty much told how stupid I was for being in the Amazon line by an associate. I was embarrassed in front of the other customers. My cashier was very kind though and helped checked out easily. Will most likely not return because of that experience.

1 /5 Rachel Fulton: Proceeded to get skipped repeatedly by associates when trying to do an Amazon return. I was not acknowledged and found myself bewildered that 4 different cashiers would choose to serve the 10 people in line with full carts instead of processing one return. I walked straight out. Only ever found myself at kohls for this reason, now I have no need to visit!
