Carolyn Holmes Yessica should be in training for the store manager position. She assisted me when I couldnt find a section of the store. But she did not stop there. She suggested other areas of the store that might have what I needed. Then, she laid out a map for me to follow. To my delight, she was my checkout cashier and sold me on a credit card that I thought I didnt want. Did I mention she was helping new cashiers while flawlessly helping me? Yessica was quick and efficient while smiling and sharing her vibrant personality. She made me feel valued. I am coming back!

Kristin Luttrell They have a great group of employees here! I do a lot of online orders for my kids, and whenever I have exchanges, the staff is always very helpful. We were being helped by a nice young lady this evening. She was new and making sure with her co-worker (or maybe manager?) that she was doing everything correctly. Mia was the co-worker that was helping her, and she was very patient and informative. Great teamwork! Its the small things. ❤️

Barb Stevenson I always find a deal here. There is a lot of merchandise and its always changing. The store is large and organized well. Its clean. Seniors should take advantage of the Tuesday discount day!! They also accept donations with drive up service in front and easy to see. I love this store!!

Augie Ley Ross is number one when it comes to fun shopping you go in there with a little bit of money in your pocket burning a hole and you find something that you know you didnt need but you wanted anyways! Got to love it.

Christopher Skeie Lots of clothes and home stuffs for all kinds of styles. Top brands of clothes and shoes at very reasonable prices. Prices have gone way up but still remain competitive with other stores, especially goodwill whos prices reflect the millions they pay their CEO. Also buy my socks and wallets there. I like the Puma, Converse, and the Vans shirts, shoes, and tanks they have. Cashiers seem very nice when checking out. They dont seem to be bothered when you ask a question like other retailers seem to be.
