2 /5 Ali Michelin: HOLY BLEEPING FRAGRANCE, BATMAN!!! I am not the kind to write low-star reviews, but I couldnt WAIT to get out of that store. I went in just to return some Amazon items, and I wish they had put a sign out front to tell customers that the customer service desk no longer processes returns, you do it at the checkout register now. So I walked all the way to the side/back of the store, just to see the "Closed" signs on the customer service desk and have to turn right around. Im sure they want people to do that, so they can walk past more merchandise and maybe make a purchase. And then you have to walk through the tunnel of impulse items to get to the register. Honestly, I did see a couple items I was interested in, higher priced things like luggage and Igloo coolers. Its nice that they give you the 15% off coupon with your receipt from the Amazon returns, BUT, the overpowering fragrance gave me a headache within minutes of being in there, so much that I had to cover my nose and breathe through my shirt just to tolerate it. I practically ran out of there, despite having an injured ankle and already walking on it too much due to the lack of signage. Did not spend a dime in there. I understand the marketing strategies theyre going for here, but for me it had the opposite effect and I will be avoiding this place like the plague at all costs. Definitely will not buy anything there. I feel sorry for the employees who must be ingesting so many toxic chemicals from the fragrance thats pumped through there. It was as bad or worse than being stuck in an elevator with someone wearing WAY too much perfume. At least the elevator ride will end. There really should be a CA Prop 65 warning on the entrance door.

2 /5 Andrew Spitzer: They offered my wife a kohls card. She has great credit, but the cashier had to call head office and the guy took forever to process it. I can get a mortgage faster. Never again. The guy on the other end couldnt enter our postal code correctly after the cashier repeating it 4 times. All to save 35% on a 29.99 purchase. My wife left without the Coles card.

5 /5 JD Prendergast: Unlike another place down the road, I was able to SHOP this store. Found some good sale prices on some pants I needed. And nothing was locked down with security cables. Just a nice normal store!
