5 /5 Delana Combs: I brought my daughter in to find a prom dress last weekend. Lucia asked what she was looking for and our price range. I know the store is different than other stores but you have to remember, kids come in and try dresses on, can damage them and they may have no intention in actually making a purchase. Lucia seemed like she wants to provide a high level of service and she was the only one there. My daughter had very specific requirements and Lucia found the exact dress. It was a one and done. She measured my daughter for the right size and said she could have alterations done before her prom in less than a week. We didn’t need any alterations but I have no doubt she would have done a fabulous job. She made the experience efficient and effortless for us. I think that some people misinterpret directness for being rude. Our cultures are different. She was very lovely, direct, hard working and kind. I’m so thankful!

5 /5 Meagan T: So I will say the lady who runs this store is definitely pretty blunt and hands on, but she absolutely knows what shes talking about and so long as you have a general idea of the dress style/color/cut she has it and can pull it for you. However, if youre the type of person that wants to try on multiple items to figure out what you like, then I wouldnt recommend coming here as theses dress are a pretty penny and the oils from your skin, deodorant and makeup can all damage the dresses so she doesnt allow that without a deposit. Which is also why she will insist that shes the one to zip you up, so the fabric isnt snagged or the zipper isnt broken. I went in to get a specific color for a wedding Im attending, she measured me, showed me four dresses, I tried the one I liked best and it fit perfectly, she even tailor the slit on the dress so it didnt ride too high right then and there, I really appreciated how quickly she got everything done and the dress I got is perfect!!

5 /5 Cali Rae: I found a dress I loved and she let me try on whatever I wanted to and helped me choose something that I liked but also would be flattering on me. All the bad reviews are people who don’t understand what it’s like to run a business or how to talk to people. The lady was very straight forward and honest and I liked that. There’s a try on fee that’s deducted off the price of dress if you buy one, it’s not refundable if you don’t buy one, but you’re paying for the service, and many people come in and destroy dresses, so it’s very generous. I recommend this place for sure, and the dresses are very high quality!
