Bret Larson We had the most amazing experience with the Men’s Wearhouse at the Bellevue store. We were heading to Edinburgh, Scotland for our daughter’s wedding. We originally ordered the suit online 2 weeks before our trip but due to an unforeseen issue, it wasn’t delivered to our house. Just a day before we were expected to leave for Scotland, my wife called the online store in a state of panic. They said they could have it delivered the next day to the Bellevue store. We then called and spoke with Brian at the Bellevue store who was very sympathetic to the situation and even offered to arrange to have another suit for me as a back-up “just in case” the suit we ordered online didn’t arrive in time. When we called that morning and let Brian know were flying out of the country that day, in fact that hour, Brian and the rest of the staff understood and assured me everything was good to go! From the moment I ran in to the store on the way to the airport my suit was ready and the staff was super helpful in getting me out of there fast! These guys go the extra mile. Their customer service is exceptional. I would totally recommend The Bellevue Men’s Wearhouse for any of your clothing/suit needs!

Darrell Palmateer Very good selection of clothing for the whole family, bedding, housewares, jewelry, and just about anything else. Prices and sales were very competitive to othere stores so this attracted us. Two stories of floor space so they stock alot of things.

B Tredds My daughter is transitioning from "kid" clothes to more teenage/nice clothes for middle school, but has been hesitant due to being unsure what shed like for outfits. On a whim I took her into AE to see if theres anything shed like. Being a 41 year old guy, yeah, I was lost, so I asked for help. In stepped Brooke. She didnt treat my daughter awkwardly but totally dived into a shopping experience with my daughter, asking her questions about herself and her likes, to ensure what they found actually worked for my daughter. I was thoroughly impressed not just with the customer service from Brooke, but the ability to recognize a shy, young girl being unsure of herself, then helping that girl feel real confidence in herself. I help run a company that works with people daily and I would hire Brooke in a heartbeat. Brooke, if you read this, thank you for being amazing and for making my daughter feel confidence in her appearance.

Cheyenne Franco My first experience in a LOFT store. MaryAnn went above and beyond! I was shopping for an outfit for a very important interview. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, only to be faced with dread. I shyly asked for her assistance and she went above and beyond to help curate an outfit that suited me, but also made me feel confident and comfortable. This experience alone will have me returning for all of my professional attire needs. Thank you so much, Maryann!

Flossie Nichols I love shopping here because they have people inside that actually come and help you. They will start a dressing room and work with you while you try on different outfits. Or not.

Emmanuel Sanchez (Manny) I have to start with how clothing items are pretty overpriced, but then again, it is owned by Abercrombie, so its to be expected. With that said, the feel of the place is pretty nice, and the clothing doesnt look half bad, even though its not really my style. My girlfriend, however, likes it, and she always finds clothes here that complement her figure. The staff has always been nice and professional every time that we visit, and I have to admit that the clothes that we have bought here look very nice (at least I think so.)
