Kayla gatschet So I have to brag a bit about the assistant manager of this location!!! Victoria was an amazing help when I walked into the store. At first we were under the impression that I was unable to find what I was looking for but as I was about to give up and pay for the other items I had gathered, We located the items I was in search of... I was looking for a specific mystery toy (Stitch Disney pride bag clip). Victoria started grabbing little bags and feeling for stitch. When she believed she felt his ears she told me that was the one I was going to want. She is like Magic! SHE LOCATED HIM FOR ME!!!!

Jim Young The team did an outstanding job for myself and my sons getting prepared for a wedding. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked to help us through the measurements and style choices. They did a great job of balancing the appointment time with us while still managing in store customers when there was only 2 of them. Great work. Looking forward to picking up our suits in Texas. Glad we didnt have to travel with them which is a huge bonus. Also the store wasnt very busy on a Sunday so if youre in Snohomish or Skagit County, consider a drive to Bellingham to get better service and less traffic.

The Express Cash promotions always keep me coming back, and I truly enjoy visiting the Vancouver location. Everyone I’ve met — from the manager, Dee, to Charli, one of the sales associates — consistently provides exceptional customer service. I’m always greeted with enthusiasm and treated with kindness, even when I’m making a return. Credit should absolutely be given where it’s deserved, and this team deserves recognition. John Kahermanes JC Penney IS A FULLY STOCKED DRPARTMENT STORE. MALL BASED AND WELL LOT, CMEAN STORE AND BATHROOMS. HAIR SALON AND FOR THE BIG GUYYS AND HAD BIG AND TALL STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE JEWLRRY PERSON KNEW WHERE EVERYTHING WAS. OY MADE SJOPPING EASY. IT IS GOOD TO SEE THRIVING DEPARTMENT STORES STILL IN THE MALLS. CONVENIENT PARTLING AND WELL LOT.
