4 /5 Jason L: Stopped by the Nike store at Bellevue Square Mall to pick up a new pair of shoes. The store is clean, modern, and offers a great selection across athletic and casual styles. I think it’s one of the newer stores in the mall? Staff were attentive and available but didn’t hover, which I appreciated. No restrooms inside the store itself. Restrooms are shared with the mall. The store itself is located near Nordstrom with convenient mall parking nearby. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendliness: Yes Would I Return: Yes JY review

5 /5 Ron Parpara: Outstanding service by Sergio. He knows his nike shoes inside and out wow. Was coming in to buy a Gore Tex shoe and ended up buying the Vomero Plus. Sergios patience, friendly manner and professionalism far exceeded any Nike rep Ive ever met in my lifetime. I walked out with my new shoes and normally it takes me months to find anything comfortable as Im super picky with my feet. Thanks to the Nike team for going over and above here.

1 /5 Monica Garcia: I recently visited the Nike store in Bellevue and had my first ever disappointing experience with Nike. Came in with the purpose of doing an exchange and did not receive any help. I had past the return window by 2 days, and there was absolutely no flexibility to exchange the item for simply a different size. Have been a Nike member for over 10 years and have never went past the 60 day window. Love the item and only needed to exchange (Christmas gift) for a larger size for my dad, but was not met with the same customer service I was used to getting at the downtown location. So disappointed.

5 /5 Drew Allen: Huge thank you to the team working the men’s shoe section at the Nike Bellevue Square store around 1:00–1:30 PM on January 6th (and the same time yesterday) — especially the tall guy with the beard who helped me. I accidentally left my AirPods Max in the store, and he was incredibly helpful, honest, and professional in getting them back to me. He took the situation seriously and made what could’ve been a really stressful situation feel easy and handled. I genuinely appreciate you — this meant a lot to me. Thank you for being awesome.

1 /5 Justin Pamone: I recently visited the Nike store at Bellevue Square, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The customer service was lacking; staff did not greet me upon entering, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Additionally, I noticed some concerning behavior that seemed racially insensitive. I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer experience moving forward.
