Cheryl Williams Had a great experience today. Received some help from a young girl. She was insightful and very helpful. Loved the inventory. Will make it a stop when I am out exploring downtown Vancouver. Hope I see Johnnie again.

To you None Store manager Jason: I came in to do an online return, I was greeted by the sweetest and cutest “cowgirl” ever, she was very upfront that she hadn’t done an online return yet so if I could wait for the store manager. Jason showed up and admitted they were all in a state of learning as this store had just opened, we eventually got all the items returned and refunded. Due to sales tax differences I was shorted about ten bucks, Jason worked with me and gave me my birthday discount and store credit for the difference of sales tax, the district manager helped me select a hat and I ended up purchasing a $300 dollar Stetson, I deeply appreciate the honesty with the employees and the connection management tries to make with the customers I’ll definitely be back thank you guys and gals for the awesome service.
