1 /5 K S: On Saturday January 31st, I brought in several items to sell. They purchased some clothing from me, but that’s honestly not my main concern.
When I got home, I realized two items were missing from my bag that were NOT purchased. A pink Cherry Velvet Caviar iPhone 16 Pro case & a pastel iPhone 15 Pro case. I brought multiple phone cases with me, so there could potentially be more missing, but I know for a fact those two were in my bag before I arrived. What really bothers me is the fact that someone working there is a thief & may be taking other customer’s belongings. That’s a serious issue & something customers should be aware of.
Update after owner response:
After the owner responded to my previous review and missed the point, I feel it’s important to clarify what was missed. Items I brought in that were not purchased went missing while in the store’s possession. Whether this happened through theft, misplacement, or error is beside the point, the outcome is the same. Personal property was not returned to me. For clarity, the phone cases were at the bottom of my bag, not the top, so the explanation given about items sliding out does not apply. More importantly, offering explanations instead of acknowledging responsibility is concerning and unethical from a customer standpoint. This is something other customers should be aware of: when you leave with your bag, you may be missing items that were not purchased. That is why I’m posting this review.
