Nicole Coleman I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with T-Shirts By Design on several orders. Isabelle and Luke are a joy to work with. They are responsive, easy to communicate with and clearly work really well as a team. These two genuinely care about their customers and our community. As they grow, they are finding ways to be more efficient and to help us, the customers, succeed with our ordering needs, which I think is pretty great. The quality of their work is fantastic, and it’s truly a pleasure working with a company that mixes professionalism with heart. I definitely recommend them!

Sabrina Dominguez We ordered some beanies for our holiday party with a tight turnaround request (less than 3 weeks in the holiday rush). Not only were they nice and got us squeezed in, but when they weren’t going to be shipped in time, they (Scott) hand delivered them to our office in Kirkland. They 100% didn’t have to do that, and it was a long shot that I asked, but I really appreciate them doing it! Especially since I was sick and couldn’t get down to Kent. From one local biz to another, I really appreciate them going above and beyond for us.

Kb I was in there just a few days ago, and I my niece and I witnessed the employees getting yelled at by someone who seemed to be the boss. I can’t imagine how humiliating that must be for them! The customer service was decent and the employees were nice, I got help on the denim by a few different people which I was entirely grateful for, but the whole time I was there I kept witnessing the employees not looking happy and many saying they wanted to quit because of what they just experienced.
