5 /5 Wild Outdoor Living: I was in Colville on a fire assignment filling with the Helitack crew at the airport. I had more opportunity to run in the mornings than I anticipated but I had only brought my old trail shoes. My schedule didnt allow me to get to the store during business hours and they were happy to sell me a pair of Hokas over the phone and then personally delivered them to the hotel so I could pick them up that evening. They were extremely friendly and the Hoka Mach 6s have been excellent. I put 83 miles on them while I was in Colville and found them to be much more comfortable on the pavement than what I brought. I dont typically leave reviews but they went above and beyond without any hesitation.

They were likely the only retailer in the United States that had the exact shoe I was looking for, and I was working against a tight timeframe. From the start, their team was extremely responsive, clear, and accommodating. They took the time to communicate shipping expectations, moved quickly, and made sure my order was processed and shipped as soon as possible. That level of service is rare and genuinely appreciated. I haven’t even received the package yet, and I’m already impressed by the experience. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer service and wish them nothing but continued success. I will absolutely look to them again in the future.

5 /5 David Lewis: I needed a specialty foot wear item and they had it instock. The ladies were super friendly,knowledgeable about my needs and provided excellent service . A very enjoyable shoppung experience. They still have that small shop in a local town godd shopping experience.
