5 /5 Anna Hill: I’m so sad to see some of the previous reviews from others because that has not been my experience here. This store sells a lot of middle to higher end items, often times that means you are going to see prices that reflect that. Staff has always been super helpful. I have been coming here for over a decade and have never had an issue. Touching on prices again, if I find a jacket that retails for over $200, and I can buy it there for $50 in new condition, yes please. Their mission and purpose is supporting DV survivors, it’s a win for everyone shopping here! I’ll leave with this, remember when reading comments from upset patrons, there is always another side to that story. As someone who works with the public myself, often times people unleash on us and are then surprised and angry when they are asked to leave, immediately taking to social media to try to tarnish another’s reputation and gain some sympathy and support from those reading their comments. There is less tolerance for customers being inappropriate towards staff these days now more than ever before. So just remember, there are ALWAYS two sides to a story. Don’t discount a business because a few people got called out and they didn’t like it. Make your own judgement call after visiting for yourself. If not, then more good deals for the rest of us! :)
