1 /5 Christina “Christina” Pierson: This is the most maddening Ross I have been to. The kid the young man working at the fitting room whats the name that I couldnt recall and he would not spell for me was very hard to deal with and I am absolutely a people person who has experience in customer service I was defeated by this young man frustrated literally took the time to write this review so much so. The issue is if you have nine items, if you have 21 items, if you had any amount aside from whatever limit they decided to put on you bringing back into the room but didnt have a cart (even if you intend to buy every single one of them as long as they fit) then do not approach the fitting room without having a cart as he does not understand how to function unless you have a shopping cart for your over their set max limit number of items to stand in hold at. This is the most ridiculous experience Ive ever had. I wanted to buy the items I had, so long as they fit. I had four hoodies for bras and the rest were tank tops it was not big items I am a size medium or small female . They had I literally counted 4 spare return racks and two that they were working on in use which items that people were just hanging onto from out of the dressing room. Yet he didnt understand what to do how to be helpful or even mold a little bit to the customers need . The simple fact that I had more than eight items, the current maximum allowed in the room, in hand- yet I did not have a shopping cart made him misfire. He would not let me use one of the five racks that were empty to hang those items like idk even fred Meyer would have lol . nor would he allow me to set them down for a second so that I can alter in and thru the first eight items. I do not use the shopping carts ever! nor should I have had to go all the way back to the front of the store just to grab one so that he felt safe or better or whatever!!!!!! Not so he understood how to do his job! I was the consumer not him.
I am all about helping people to work. But the fitting room is not the right spot for this young man in the store. I literally put back probably $400 worth of things, didnt try a single item on and will buy them at a differnt store never to return to this one. I have never been so irritated at a Ross Dress For Less ever in my whole life. I will never go back to that Ross. I shop the same at every store , this is the 1st one that it was an issue for me to not touch the dirty carts an to carry what id like to buy instead.. Nobody or store has ever taken a 2nd glance at my shopping-but today at Ross with the young man working the dressing room who had an issue with hanging the customers items / holding in waiting items or letting them sit where a cart would have while i tried on the 1st 8 because of their limit on fitting room. Do something about the training. Or more will say the same- Never again to return. i guarantee that.
