4 /5 HK biz: One of the items I bought was missing a part. Unfortunately they did not have an extra of that model so I could not get the part replaced, but wanted to leave a positive review anyway. The person who assisted me was not rude and inflexible like some of the other reviewers suggested. Although I didnt take him up on the offer, he was more than willing to do an exchange for me for a different model. My advice to consumers would be to take your time and check everything before purchase, if possible. Also, dont wait to test or install the item at home. That way you can take it back if theres a problem.
