Amanda Always wonderful customer service. I bought a cot for the holidays. Some reviews were not good. But the good outweighs the bad. Unfortunately, a bar bent and the material ripped after 4 days of use. I called and explained things to the manager. I couldnt find my receipt but was able to give an exact date and price. She gave me in store credit, and I replaced the cot. She was very kind and understanding.

Picked up some great [Home Goods/Clothing] today at prices that cant be beat. The staff was friendly and the checkout line moved surprisingly fast for a weekend. carlo luis gonzalez I went in to the store and it was the cleanest Burlington Store i have ever seen. The staff was extremely helpful,check out was fast and there was a line but i get them 5 stars. My family and friends will be shopping there as well.
