Shelton Goodwill - (Near Shelton, WA)

2 /5 Brenden Ludwig: The staff was very nice, but a woman with an assistant manager badge was talking to another associate with a badge behind the cashier working hard. She did an entire transaction including wrapping glassware & such while the ASM chatted away & I waited in line behind. The ASM and other associate never did actually stop talking about what they did this weekend to help me, instead the entire transaction happened & mine for 3 quick items of clothing & the two of them keep talking away. There may even have been a good reason for this, but this behavior makes customers feel unvalued or one of them would have stopped to get their customers checked out faster, or at least address without asking why that wouldnt work....very disappointed.

1 /5 Craig: there was pure nut ALL over like 5 of the anime shirts i found hanging up in the mens section. they also stunk like pee pee. would not recommend.

5 /5 Mo Mo: The staff at the Shelton Goodwill are always so friendly and willing to help! I appreciate how welcoming they are every time I visit. There’s always something interesting to find on the shelves — you never know what hidden treasure you’ll come across. Great atmosphere and great people!

5 /5 Katiejo Lester: Prices can be a bit high considering the products are donations, but their charity score is 100% although 5% of Donated clothes still end up in landfill. Still manage to find name brand clothes for much cheaper than retail.
