1 /5 Eric Pinola: The candle I ordered for my wife was correct, but I could have bought it in Wimberly TX at a shop for a few dollars more. I paid 2x what the candle cost for expedited shipping, and did not get the candle till over a week later.
I emailed them two times and never got a response and since my email has automatic read receipts, I noticed they never even opened the email.
I own a business selling very expensive commercial truck parts.
If I ever had an expedited shipment, not only would I make sure it arrived there on time, but I would fully cover the order and all costs if it did not. The reason being is I do not want my customers last dollar, I want their next dollar. In 10 years we have never lost a customer due to this level of customer service.
I will never purchase anything from this business due to the complete lack of customer service and attention to detail.
Im glad my wife loves the smell of this candle or Id probably fly to your location and return it.
Very disappointed.
