5 /5 Progressive Environmental Services: Laurie is the best!!! This is wild; we bought a red pair of woman’s gym shoes. She gave them to me and I carried them around the corner and sat on a bench by the fountain. It was time to leave and I left the shoes on the bench. I didn’t miss them till we got back to Bainbridge Island. I took a chance and called the store. Laurie, who works there, said she would walk down the street to c if they were there. THEY WERE!!! Laurie is a gem and I am going to go buy a lottery ticket cause I’m a lucky guy. Dodged that bullet from my fiancé on losing the shoes Thanks Lauri u give customer service a whole new meaning You make a difference. There r good people out there.
