Risa April Ross Dress for Less is a treasure trove for bargain shoppers! If you’re looking for stylish clothes, shoes, accessories, and home goods at a fraction of the price, this is the place to be. The store is a bit hit or miss, but when you find something, its always a great deal. The selection can be overwhelming, but that’s part of the fun! Perfect for those who love a good deal and don’t mind hunting for gems.

Misty Baker I love this stire only issue is its as bit more disorganized compared to other ross stores. Hard to find things out in the right areas so its about more like digging at a yard sale

Sana Neatly organized rows of unique finds worth the prices. Beautiful selection of jewelry in necklaces, bracelets and earrings. The only thing I want to request is more ring variety in bigger sizes. Most of the rings were in standard size 7, bigger variety of 8s, 9s, and 10s would make it perfect. Shoes selection was decent with most of the selection for summer, I’d like to see more fall friendly options as fall is approaching fast. Clothes were neatly organized and I was able to find sizes I was looking for quickly. This is a great place to shop or walk around and find cute items.

MyVisit MyView This is one of my favorite Ross stores in Washington. Upon entering youre acknowledged, several times throughout my shipping experience I’m checked on by staff. This location is busy, usually staffed well. Store is clean and well organized. Fun seasonal section. Fun exploring, different each week.

Bennet Bee Most of the store is unaccessible if you use a wheelchair due to overcrowding in pretty much every isle. Yes theres a wheelchair accessible door. But its frustrating as heck navigating in here when everything is so tightly packed that Im getting caught on clothes or bumping into mannequins.

Joelene Glavin This location needs to calm down on pricing. I think whoever decides prices has forgotten this is a thrift store NOT a fancy boutique. Ive seen clothes priced higher here then in store brand new. Also since I have NO choice but to check myself out, I cant see why your prices would go up. I should have a choice between self checkout and a cashier. I do not work for value village so why am I working when I shop there? I will give them this though, their selection is nice but again the prices are too high. I literally get mad while shopping here. Due to overpriced things and lack of customer service (in regards to check out, not the employees themselves) I do not go here unless I absolutely need something I cant find elsewhere in town and I know im not alone in this. Do better value village. Get your prices under control and rethink your only self check out methods. Also better weekly sales would be nice but yall cant even do that with your ridiculous prices. Come on its time to reevaluate your systems.
