UNIQLO Pine Street - (Near Seattle, WA)

5 /5 Ray The Observer: An incredibly clean store with very friendly staff. It was my first time here, and I really like what this place has to offer. I bought the jacket shown in the last picture.

4 /5 Ethan: The store is good, easy to locate and very close to public transportation. Always full of people, so I wait a long time to get a fitting room. The staff are generally helpful. I bought lots of Uniqlo products and their quality is consistent with their price, so dont expect way more.

4 /5 Jon L: This UNIQLO is located in the former Macys building in Downtown Seattle. I really liked this location as it is large with a great selection of brand clothing. The space is bright and clean. It does not feel as crowded as the Bellevue Square location does on the weekends. If you are traveling by public transportation, this location is excellent as it is located right next to one of the entrances for Westlake Station making it easy to get in and out if are you doing a quick store pickup. In spite of its location near problematic 3rd & Pike, the store felt safe and secure. They have a security guard at the entrance. I have done a couple store pickups here and found the service to be good. Though you may need to wait a couple minutes. The good thing is that they have a lot of self checkout machines here, so the customer service line is not clogged with customers looking to pay. Mostly customers either picking up or returning items. Overall, it is a good UNIQLO to shop at due to its prime location, product selection and store experience.

1 /5 Sam Morris: They had a great deal on a pair of cargo pants I really wanted. Unfortunately they were sold out. I asked the store when they would be back in stock and was not given a straight answer. I signed up for alerts on the website for the item and was never notified. I purchased $200 of items and bought two of the same shirt, which cost $60 each, since I couldn’t decide which color I wanted. Once I decided which one to keep I went back to return the other shirt, but was not allowed to return since it had been over 30 days. They did not even offer a store credit or the chance to swap the item for something else. I am very disappointed with the customer experience here. Will not be coming back.

Super helpful and attentive staff, variety from crops to office wear to hiking and outdoor layers. Appreciate the accessible price points too! I’m so glad you’re in the flagship space and I hope you stay.
