Great customer service and even though I went on a busy day, the store was clean, folded, and I didn’t have to wait too long in line. Affordable prices, good quality basics! The fit is the best at Uniqlo.

5 /5 joy de Leon: I’ve been shopping at Uniqlo for ~20 years now (Japan and Philippines branches), so I was so happy to hear the Tacoma branch opened up. Same great quality in items here. Staff, so far, has exhibited the same welcoming atmosphere and great service as in Japan. I was excited to see there was a large selection of styles. I highly recommend the Airism products and the winter coats! I would note, there is a difference between Uniqlo Asia and Uniqlo US sizing. In Asia, sizes were catered for petite frames (shorter sleeves, shorter pants length, etc). In the US, sizes are catered for taller frames. Luckily, there is free alterations available (for selected styles and materials).
