1 /5 Steve Holgate: Don’t deal with the store manager because she’s argumentative, rude, and extremely unhelpful. I had a work jacket I needed to exchange for 1 size bigger. When I stored it in my locker it got some dirt on it so when I attempted an exchange the person helping me (white woman with glasses in her 40s), who was the store manager, refused stating it had to be in like new condition. I took it home and wiped the dirt off ensuring it was in like new condition and came back the next day and she then still wouldn’t take it and instead of providing any further detail became argumentative and yelled why she was right and I was wrong as I left the store. I’ll be informing my manager and company as we usually buy all of our uniforms here about the level of poor service.

5 /5 madalyn: this is the fourth place I’ve tried to find work boots as a women, and I’m so glad I was able to find a pair here. they have a really great selection of women’s work boots, compared to the other stores who had either none or maybe 1-2 pairs. i did end up with a pair of men’s but i am super grateful to the employee who helped me this afternoon. everyone is very kind here!

4 /5 Roberto Medina: Great place to find work gear and quality work boots. They are probably one of the best places to buy work boots and shoes. They also sell safety work wear and just about all necessary clothing and shoes for those who are in need of work related clothing. I was there this past week buying boots and had a good experience for the most part. The only down fall is that their employees in the shoe section dont seem to be well trained in their products. I will continue to shop here and their selection is superior to most other retailers when it comes to work wear.
