Brandon Awesome store! Excellent customer service always help me find best clothes for myself, Im a climber, hiker and runner and I love their jackets and clothes! Great return policies if need be and products! This location has excellent and friendly staff always, love this store! 5 stars for sure!

homestead barber I first want to express how I think Safeway stores all across the region go above and beyond to make customer experience as great as it can be, this takes a small army of people to be on the same page all the time. I live in North Idaho currently and wanted flowers delivered to my best friend who still lives in Colville for her birthday. I can tell you that Ms. Vicki was so helpful from the very start. She helped me arrange, design, and deliver the flowers to the location she works locally in Colville. Vicki took extra time to kindly send photos along the way until they were delivered to the destination. I really tried to tip her or set extra out for delivery and there was not an option to do so. This, my my fellow consumers is how customer service should be around our country. I would love to formally give a huge shout out to Vicki for her extraordinary service to the community. Thank you! Peach Tree Retirement Center This Macys is great! Such a nice clean store. Lots of clothing options. Great styles... Could not find anything above size 14 in womans clothing although they have a plus size department full of great styles. Cost is a bit mor of course...

DANA GILCHRIST Ive been shopping at this Loft location for years and want to highlight the excellent customer service the staff consistently provides. I especially appreciate the store manager, who delivered outstanding service on the day of their annual inventory. Although the staff was likely exhausted, they still greeted customers warmly and were extremely helpful. Over the years, Ive observed the manager many times, and she is always friendly and ready to assist. I dont know her name, but Loft is fortunate to have her overseeing the Columbia Center location in Kennewick.

erik montejano Great staff and awesome environment!!! Went in to get my hat shaped, I was greated and helped as soon as I walked in. Sergio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all hat styles and shapes. As soon as they were done, they communicated cleary. Overall fantastic experience! I highly recommend going here for hat shaping, buying a new hat, and overall just shopping western wear.
