1 /5 Jennifer Helen: To the manager/owner: love Zara!! However, I feel for you in terms of hiring employees with a strong work ethic, despite having a beautiful store with multiple checkout registers and plenty of employees on the floor, they routinely (every time I come -approx 7-8 times past 3 months) they refuse to use any checkout except one on bottom floor, AND at the one there is almost always 1 out of 3 cashiers working it, whilst all other employees roam about the floors-NOT assisting customers mind you-in fact they never engage with customers on the floor even if you walk by them. The only interaction in fact from the employees roaming about (except the 1 cashier) has been to tell me to go downstairs s to checkout. I feel for you because I know you are paying them well to do very little while there is a long line to checkout on a Tuesday night at 6 pm—5 people in line-1 cashier-multiple employees swinging by the line and not a one thinks to open up one of the unmanned registers.Again Love Zara but this issue definitely impacts my desire to come shop here. 1 /5 Mrs Smithson: Racial Bias and Poor Management at Zara downtown seattle : two woman photos are the aggressors with zero understanding for hard working people. The white woman was so frazzled her ebt card flew out and was ranting about nothing but telling me to hurry up. The black woman was going off and laughing uncontrollably when I told her not to harass the clerk. Even more upsetting about this experience at this Zara location that needs to be addressed. There was only one store clerk checking people out, and she was doing her best under pressure. Two women started harassing her for working too slowly, and I calmly told them to stop attacking her and to have some patience. Instead of de-escalating the situation or supporting her own employee, the store manager threaten me to leave for standing up for myself and the clerk , the very person who stood up for the worker being verbally abused. It was shocking and deeply disappointing. It was clear that she is an Asian woman and her decision was racially motivated, as I was treated unfairly for simply defending someone who was doing their job. Shame on this manager for enabling rude, entitled behavior from customers and failing to protect her team. And shame on those two women for causing chaos in a store over returns while others were simply trying to shop and support Zara. This kind of biased and unprofessional conduct should have no place in retail or anywhere else.

1 /5 Paoline Balingit: To the staff that accidentally charged me for a clothing item thats not included in my purchase. I asked if he could print my receipt (hard copy) since it was sent to my phone, but after 10 minutes I still hadnt received it. This cashier said he couldnt and wouldnt do it. I had to ask the manager, who was somewhere inside the store, to help me print one. When I finally got my receipt, I saw that I was charged for an item I didn’t purchase (worth $60.00 + tax). I had to go back in line and wait another 20 minutes to request a refund. Since when do cashiers/store associates stop helping guests? Just straight-up rude and unapproachable staff.

1 /5 Marta Kostroma: Why is only one door open? Why is there only one cashier working when there’s a huge line of people especially on a Saturday? I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes just to buy a jacket, and there were only three people in front of me. And many people behind. And when I finally got to the cashier, I was buying a winter jacket and the cashier put it into a tiny bag meant for a hat or small accessories. The jacket was literally sticking out of the bag. I asked if there was a bigger bag and she said yes so why not put it into a proper bag from the start? What is the point of forcing it into a small one?
