Debbie Wong Shout out to Sophia and Megan! Sophia was very helpful over the phone about a defected item I received. She looked for the item in the store and found it; told me to come in to exchange. Megan picked up the phone the morning after to put the item on hold for the same day I was exchanging and did it seamlessly. Sophia and Megan have such positive attitudes and they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for such a great experience! :)

He helped me purchase two pairs of hookah shoes for my daughter in the kids area and was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. Eli took his time, answered all my questions, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. His friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service, I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him.

Lili Moodra I went here recently with two of my friends. After being in the store for maybe 5 minutes, a male employee came over to us, took our clothes, and literally yelled at us for being disrespectful. We have been walking around the store, picking up a couple things, not being loud or rude at all. He then called someone and in front of us was talking about us as if to “report” us. We were so confused and ended up just leaving, which was disappointing because we were all planning to buy things. I’m not surprised all the other reviews are saying the same thing
