5 /5 Robert Elliott: If you know about this place then you know about the quality of their products. I was there to get my wife hiking boots (which she severely needed). After trying on several boots (and I mean 6 different styles and 4 different sizes of each), she finally found a pair she liked. However, they didnt have the style and size in store. The staff indicated that they could order them and have them directly shipped to our home, but we would need to pay for them up front. When I tried to pay cash for the order, I was told that it had to be by credit card. I explained that the reason I shopped in store was to pay cash and would not purchase if they insisted on a credit card. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Update: I have come back to the store again and again. The staff has always been honest and trustworthy. They are the reason that you should go to this store and trust this company with your money. They know their products and will keep you from making a mistake. They will not let you buy something that doesnt fit or wont do the job that you need them to do. Trust the staff of the San Bernardino store. I do. Order from this store, they are so much better than the website and will make sure you have a great experience with a great product. I will buy from this brand because of the staff at this store.

I was having trouble with some orders and she went above and beyond . Definitely recommend this location and 5.11 products in general.

5 /5 Ernest Rhone: To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a store like this. I was pleasantly surprised to see everybody was very friendly and very helpful. Their selection is pretty awesome also. I came today to pick up an EDC bag and found what I wanted without any hassle. Prices seem fair also. At a photo.

5 /5 James Campagna: I wanted to take a minute and recognize your exceptional team at the San Bernardino location. Katie (GM), and Jasmine were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Found my ideal pant fit and searched the store for some polo sizes too. Really, they went above and beyond with everything on my visit. I rarely have a visit like this at any type of retail location. One other item, the store was extremely organized and clean. Makes all the difference in the world. Both ladies represent your organization well. Thank you!
