F S I’ve been shopping at the location in Walnut Creek and they have horrible service. I decided to go to the location at Sunvalley mall the other day and the store manager was very helpful. 5 stars for the store manager!! She has really good customer service and knows what she’s doing. Thank you for a great experience at your location. Will definitely be back to get my kids more clothes.

Antonio Cruz I want to recognize Georges from the Macy’s department because he truly went above and beyond for me. From the moment he approached me, he was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional. We tried on several shirts in the exact color and material I was looking for, and he didn’t rush me at all. He even recommended a Michael Kors shirt and Cole Haan shoes both higher than the budget I originally had but he explained that sometimes quality really does match the price. And he was right. The moment I tried them on, I could feel the difference in the material, the fit, and the look. What impressed me even more was that Georges took the time to measure me with a ruler properly to make sure the shirt fit my body perfectly. That kind of detail and care is rare. Thanks to him, I left with the exact items I needed, and the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent service, and I hope his supervisors and coworkers see how dedicated he is to helping customers and going the extra mile. Thank you Georges!

witheredlilac The environment is very chill and I got a shirt that was to small, but I was able to return it with no hassle and the woman that helped me was very sweet and I ended up getting a different Santa Cruz shirt with cutie pink flowers and I love love love it!!

Sarah Godlove I love this Chicos store and frequent it often! They have a large selection of fun clothing and unique jewelry/accessories. The staff are all outstanding - super friendly and helpful without being pushy. Theyre happy to check sizes in the back or at other stores to be shipped directly to me. In addition, there are always sales and/or racks of discounted items. Ive also received excellent customer service when calling about online orders. This Chicos is conveniently located in the Promenade Temecula shopping area, with plenty of parking in two garages making it easy to access to all the shopping and dining. Chicos sister stores, White House Black Market and SOMA, are also located right there on the same street.

JoAnn Reiter Laura was great. She was helpful with securing me a dressing room and placing all my items in there so I had my hands free to continue picking out items. I bought everything I tried on. Happy day for me.

Mark Anthony Cooper Was out for an evening stroll the other night on Brand Boulevard. Just window shopping with my girlfriend and stepped in Old Navy. The store was clean and well stocked. Some cute clothing. Not too busy and the staff were very helpful.
