Michael Bell Outlets at San Clemente store is deceptive and misleading. Buyer beware! Sign at front of store says 60% off for clearance. Even goes as far as having the + in front. However, they refuse to honor sale, apparently because Im a male shopper. The discount is only for female shoppers. Lesil, the manager, was asked about the policy and signage and she refused to honor any discount on clearance, stating this was only for womens clearance section. Nothing in the signage states that and would be misleading to a consumer. False and misleading store who doesnt seem to care. I am refusing to shop here any further.

Tameka Lewis I bought a beautiful dress and thw custom service was great. The sales associate honored the online price of the dress which saved me $80 dollars. I was very happy with my purchase. Once thing I forgot to mention. This dress does not have stretch and it ran small so go up a size.

Rukiyah Polk Store was clean and neat. Staff kind and friendly. Clothes were fashionable: some at reado able prices others on the high end.

Agnetha Garcia My teens went to this store for the first time at this location yesterday (Sat afternoon) and they wanted me to thank the young salesperson that helped my daughter find the right jeans! She said she went all over the store, picked up several pairs of jeans once she knew what she was looking fo, then helped her into fitting room and then worked from there to make sure my daughter got what she wanted. My daughter HATES shopping and this experience made her so happy! Thank you!! What great customer service!

Tom Storer Jordan the New store Manager was outstanding! Couldn’t have been more friendlier & knowledgeable. He even ‘soft sold’ me on upgrading all 3 of my new hats with player signature & numbers stitched on them. I’m passing through. What a pleasant find. Highly recommend. A+
