5 /5 Jasmine Yang: The only time I visit this store is when my mother is in search for nice petite clothing & knowing Ann Taylor has great quality. These few trips made me enjoy browsing the clothes & when you enter, the color coordination is off the charts. I felt enchanted by the colors. It was eye popping. I really love the way they present every clothing. As the store is sectioned into petite/regular fitting, i hope they have clothings from the petite side to be fitted for regulars. My mother has a difficult time with petite clothes & hopes to find one in the regular fitting section, but the product doesn’t appear twice. The service is outgoing & very nice. They make me feel comfortable as if I belong to shop freely. The woman who helped us is named Patricia, I believe. She’s super nice & helpful. I feel like this store needs more recognition especially when it’s placed in a corner of the Arden mall which gets unnoticed as they have amazing clothing.

I requested a mix of trendy yet professional clothes, and the staff guided me to several options that worked perfectly. The quality of the clothing is top-notch—soft, durable, and stylish. The prices are reasonable for the quality you receive. I left with a wardrobe refresh that I’m excited to wear to work and on weekends. I’ll definitely be coming back!
