I was very nervous that I was going to have to return the dress once it came in and be short on timing. Once I got in contact with Chantal in the live chat, she fixed everyting. She updated my size and also change my order to express shipping. I couldnt be more grateful and am extremely happy with how it went. Thank you so so much!

1 /5 Ethan Huelsebusch: My wife went to return a dress that my daughter ordered for winter formal. Was denied refund because the dress “had some spots on it” it was never worn. Literally returned it as soon as we got it. Will not shop here again.

5 /5 Gianna: On vacation from Philly and decided to stop on as we were window shopping. The second we entered we were greeted by the very friendly staff! Elizabeth immediately explained the layout of the store and was super helpful. Ended up finding a dress for homecoming. Although they did not have the size/color in stock they were so helpful and were for us would be waiting for us when we get home. It will be a special memory for the dance and sure to be a one of kind dress. Prices were below what other boutiques would be where we live. Definitely stopping here next time on vacation!!

Even though it was the middle of the night, Tash answered the phone right away, was so kind and helpful, and arranged to have my order re-shipped overnight from California. Thanks to her, my dress arrived on time. We were thrilled when it came—it was adorable, great quality, and exactly what I needed. 5 /5 Shaun Brady: My best friend brought her daughter here to pick out a dress for a winter formal dance and parkings tricky but the staff are nice and knowledgeable. I didnt see the price of the dress but my friend didnt faint and her daughter was happy so wins all around
