1 /5 Erin Ducat: So I LOVE this store- or DID. I went in & had a great experience- fell in love with a pair of shorts. Tried them on- they fit great / bought them. Then I actually wore them a few days later for maybe 3 hours (went shopping with my girlfriends) during that time I had to keep pulling the shorts up, the got super loose and became uncomfortable. I called Bella the second I got home and told them my complaint about the shorts, and the owner told me I could not return them or exchange them for the smaller size even with a receipt because I had worn them & apparenty that means they can’t “re sell” them.. which I know is not true because the re sell returned items “with the tag attached” & customers may have worn the item with the tag on for all they know. I really annoyed me as these shorts were $100+ after tax. I’ll neber come back in here again and be sure to tell all my friends about their horrible return policy and lack of care towards their customers. A simple exchange would have made my day.
