Rebecca Perrin I was excited that someone else bought and re-opened the Temecula Platos. I understand it gets busy, the last two times I took clothes to sell I had to wait an hour for them to start accepting clothes again. The last time I took my clothes in to sell, I waited the hour to be able to check them in, and then another hour to get them back. I watched the girl going through my stuff and she didnt actually look at my items. I had two plastic bins and she looked through half of one tub and not at the other tub at all. Pretty disappointed in it considering how long I was waiting in total.

G-Boomer Salvadore was extremely helpful and he answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. He offered to assist me with my on-line purchases as well as the item I bought in the store. Certainly, this speaks well of the training provided and the initiative often times missing when visiting retail stores. Definitely will return and look for his assistance with future purchases.

Marissa Stewart Bought some limited edition Doc Martens over the phone and had them shipped several states over. I was naturally a little skeptical of the process but they arrived just like the pictures on their Instagram! The person on the phone was professional and they were packaged carefully.

Diana is so kind and is always so helpful . She supports local tiki artist and candie her employee was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable on the inventory! Thank you ladies ! 5 stars highly recommend
