1 /5 Raquelle Rogers: The “buyer” didn’t even take a slight peek at our clothes. Most of my clothes were brand new, with tags attached!! I drove a long way and spent a lot of time to come here. The buyer claimed she smelt an odor and nor my mom or myself smelt a thing. I brought it to their attention that they didn’t through it at all and they were so rude and unprofessional. There was an unwelcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. I will definitely not be coming back here

2 /5 Rebecca Perrin: I was excited that someone else bought and re-opened the Temecula Platos. I understand it gets busy, the last two times I took clothes to sell I had to wait an hour for them to start accepting clothes again. The last time I took my clothes in to sell, I waited the hour to be able to check them in, and then another hour to get them back. I watched the girl going through my stuff and she didnt actually look at my items. I had two plastic bins and she looked through half of one tub and not at the other tub at all. Pretty disappointed in it considering how long I was waiting in total.

1 /5 crystal Villalobos: Horrible service , girls in the front never even say hi , stood there for at least 5 minutes before they asked “ if I needed something “ , was trying to sell clothes that I called before I came as well and they specially told me a time so I showed up early, I didn’t waste my time since they’re pretty far from me. Also because the first time I have arrived they said they’re done for the day although it says always accepting clothes all day. Had an attitude that time as well. Then recommended I “call before to check and see if they’re buying” which I already did and told them when they asked what I needed . Just so unprofessional and it’s really not that hard to acknowledge people when you’re the one working in customer service. It’s your job. Rather just give them to goodwill then go back .

1 /5 Andrea Vasquez: I went in today to try to sell some items and was “helped” by a very rude young brunette. She made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Made for a very uncomfortable experience. They only took 2 of my items, which is fine. However I don’t understand their system considering the majority of the store is filled with dirty, stained, and outdated items. I would rather donate all of my items than go back and deal with the snobby attitudes and nasty smell that you encounter as soon as you walk in.
