5 /5 eriberto arias: Prices are very reasonable. Shipping is fast BUT... recieved my hat crushed. I emailed them an will see if anything is done. I highly doubt they will do anything as the carrier is to blame here and not them, but like I said we shall see. **UPDATE** Although Billion Creation and I knew the hat being damage was out of their control they opted to offer a full refund or reshipment. I really wanted the hat so I took the reshipment. Customer service was exceptional and amazing. They now have a customer for as long as they are in business.

Note - On their New Era hats, dont let the factory price sticker on the hats fool you, their pricing is actually cheaper. Example is my new Padres trucker hat was stickered for $42, actually price was only $32, as cheap or cheaper than online. You want a good selection of hats and clothing at a great price, check this shop out.

When I came across this website I ordered and when I ordered they let me know what I ordered was out of stock and I immediately regretted my decision because I felt like I was getting scammed. After a few back and forth messages (which they were super fast to reply) I can say I was nervous awaiting the hat but when it arrived I was extremely happy and so was my husband. He did however want a bigger size so I messaged to ask if I could return for a bigger size and they were fast to respond and super patient with me. I received the hat again today and my husband was beyond happy because he says he finally found a place to order from in the future! Loved loved loved ordering from here and will continue to do so in the future! Awesome team. P.S Hats come super well packaged and protected.
