1 /5 Stanley Foraker: Spent 30 minutes in the store today. I found a pair of work boots I liked, but not in my size. Couldnt find anyone to assist me. I wanted to try on a pair in my size. Absolutely no one available. I walked out. They lost a sale today. Found the boots I liked, in my size, in another store. Will not waist my time there again.

4 /5 Aj: Despite it being very busy the staff was super helpful and always walking around making sure they were seen for anyone who might need assistance. They also off a good discount for military/vets and also health and saftey works (firefighters and emt)

1 /5 Gabriel (Socalcat): Horrible customer service! I was shopping for a pair of new work boots and a jacket. I was never acknowledged by any store employee. Not when I entered the store, browsed several clothing options, walked aimlessly down several rows of boots, or when I tried on several styles of jackets. As I was walking out of the store, a store employee walked in front of me almost bumping into me. And still zero acknowledgement. The crazy part, the store was mostly empty. Guess Ill be spending my money elsewhere. Boot Barn Temecula you suck!

5 /5 Randy: Boot barn Temecula is gigantic more boots than I have ever seen and has lots of clothes for men and women accessories you name it. I was surprised it’s much more than boots and the staff there was helpful and friendly. I’ve been going there for about two years now off and on I’m not a cowboy or anything. They have regular clothes and cowboy attire work clothes and casual clothes. love this place. It’s great.

5 /5 Sarah Godlove: Stopped in here with some girlfriends to help a friend use a birthday gift certificate on a pair of boots. I never would have expected such a fun experience at a boot store lol! This place is aptly named - they have an enormous selection of boots, as well as belts, hats and Western wear. The employees are super fun and enthusiastic. I wish I could remember the name of the girl helping us...she was so knowledgeable with just the right amount of attentiveness without being annoying! She even had great info on where to go line-dancing. I went in for the sole purpose of helping a friend out, with no intention of getting anything, much less some cowboy boots! Yet, here they are (pic attached!) I even signed up for their rewards program. This surprised me as being a great store full of great merchandise and helpful employees. Ill definitely be back!
