Boot Barn - Shop CA (Near Placerville)

4 /5 Lillian: This Boot Barn in Placerville, CA, is about 3 months old. Its in a spanking brand new shopping complex off Missouri Flat Road, minutes off Highway 50. Ive shopped at Boot Barn before, but this location takes the cake. The interior design is modern, the merch is staged beautifully, easy to maneuver spacious floor plan (cause nobody likes to be jammed up), the inventory is plentiful, and the staff is welcoming and helpful (so much so I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance, totally cool with that versus being ignored especially in such a big store). With a name of Boot Barn, they definitely live up to that with a massive selection of boots ... western wear and work wear. Multiple aisles of boots. The mens selection is on the left and womens on the right far side are f the shop. You cant miss em. The front left is where they display cowboy hats (mens and womens) with brands such as Stetson and Cody James. They also mens and womens clothes and accessories (belts, buckles, trucker caps, cologne). The price points match the quality of the brands. Not saying they are excessively expensive, but arent cheap either. The merchandise is not one time, throw away quality. They do have the occasional sales. Look for the red sales signs. I wasnt in the market for boots but barely walked out without purchasing a pair. There were so many that caught my eye and I tried on. So comfy and pretty.

The store had an amazing selection and everything was well organized, but what really made my visit outstanding was the customer service. Samantha went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly throughout the whole process. Thanks to her, I left with the perfect outfit and a big smile. Thank you, Samantha, for making my shopping trip such a positive experience!

I told Cat, who had checked me out, that these were my first boots and she helped me with tips on keeping them maintained to last longer! I really appreciate all the help and I definitely recommend!!!

5 /5 A Sos: New store looks amazing! It’s HUGE and the staff is so friendly. Maria helped us out and she was a ray of sunshine. There’s hundred of boots and hats to choose from. I would love to see some more ladies pearl snaps options.
