1 /5 Jisela Vasquez: I went in Friday night at about 6 o’clock & had sort of a weird experience. I wasn’t greeted by any of the employees to which I wasn’t necessarily concerned about since I was in a rush looking for a cute top but I thought I’d mention it since every other time I’ve been here I’ve had a great experience, & there was four employees working at the moment. Anyway, I found a top within like ten minutes, asked to use the fitting room to try it on & the shorter girl who helped me wasn’t the issue. It wasn’t the same girl who helped me at checkout, looking at the receipt I believe her name was Ashley. So Ashley asked who helped me today & I sort of felt awkward saying nobody, because nobody did help me besides the girl I asked to use the fitting room. She asked if I had a rewards card with them, I said I didn’t & she asked if I wanted to sign up & I said sure, why not. She asked my name, I stated it, even spelled it out for her, since my name isn’t spelt the common way, first & last. She didn’t listen to me & basically spelled it the common way. Even though I told her specifically with a J & one L, she spelled it with a G & two L’s. I told her my email was the same as my name, to which she spelled it differently compared to my name that she imputed, this time with a J but two L’s again. When I told her she spelled everything wrong, she gave me a weird look, said “oh” & didn’t even apologize. When my boyfriend & I left the store, he brought up how weird it was that she acted as if I was the one at fault that she spelled my name wrong, twice, even though I spelled it out for her. She didn’t listen, & I didn’t appreciate the way she treated me.
