3 /5 J Webbe: I gave this review a 3 star and I will explain why. When my son and I went to rent a tux for his prom, the woman who served us was nice and cordial. She took all of his measurements except for the shoes. She asked what shoe size he wore and then wrote it down. When my husband and son came to pick up the tux, the pants didnt buckle correctly on the side and needed to be exchanged. The shirt and jacket were fine. The shoes were too big and the associate told my husband that he would be charged $20.00 to have it corrected. First, the first associate never measured his shoe size ( My son gave his shoe size but every shoe is slightly different ) I dont think we should have been charged because of this. It was HER responsibility to get the correct size by measuring herself. My husband didnt argue with her ( I would have had I been there ) On the return day, I saw that the store opened at 11 am so I was there at 11:09 am. The associate did not show up until 11:25 am. She was having a personal phone call and barely looked at me or gave me any greeting. I told her I was returning the tux. She inspected it and then said thank you. I asked for a return receipt and she said, "You dont need one" I politely asked if I could have one and she looked displeased as she gave me the original invoice ( which I already had ). I asked her again to please write that the tux was returned in its entirety. She just wrote RETURNED and gave me the invoice. No goodbye, thank you, or anything else. Very unprofessional! All in all, you would think after paying 200.00 + to rent a prom tux, the shoe mistake would have been not charged since I believe it was THEIR mistake in the first place for not measuring and leaving it up to us to provide.

1 /5 Derek Lackey: I had a decent experience when I arrived to have my measurements taken. The staff was friendly enough. When I arrived to pick up my rental a few days later, I was told that it had not arrived yet. No big deal. I took my kids to the food court and checked back. When I arrived, later that evening, my suit had arrived and seemed to be decent quality. I was told that I could use what looked like a hollowed out book shelf equipped with a poorly fitted curtain, to try my suit on. After jamming myself into the very cramped and dimly lit space, I quickly realized the the shirt was very tight and the jacket was huge! When I finally managed to wedge myself from the “fitting room” I explained what was going on. The woman assisting me, who had also taken my measurements said that she had tried to tell me about a slim fit compared to a regular fir, and that I should have listened to her. That conversation never took place. She tried to place the blame on me for the ill-fitted suit. I asked that she have the necessary adjustment done. She had me return Thursday. After calling to ensure that my suit had arrived, I returned Thursday afternoon. Once again, my suit had not arrived!! I had my wife pick up the suit Friday, as we were due at an out of town wedding the next day. When I finally dressed in the supposed new suit, it was clear that nothing had changed from the first figment. I really wish I could look past the issues I had with this establishment, but I paid for a very expensive rental. There were no apologies, no credits back, and I was made to feel that the whole issue was my fault. I will never use these folks again, or recommend them to friends or family.

1 /5 James M.: Though they acknowledged multiple times that they made the incorrect, irreversible alterations to the three items of clothing which I had brought to them, they refused to take financial responsibility. The best I was offered was about 40% of the value in cash and another 40% in a gift card for the store, in spite of showing them the receipts they requested. Now I have three useless items. Ill never see these people again, but for small claims court. Ive never had an experience so completely negative with any business or service. Beware.

5 /5 Jason Martinez: I was running late and came near closing on Friday and they were able to alter a suit for me by the following morning at 10:30. Im amazed at how fast they did everything! I love this place! thank you so much for helping out!

5 /5 Lucy Williams: Very satisfied with service, ordered a suit to rent at the last minute on a Sunday and it arrived on a Thursday. The suit was ready for Saturdays prom, it was a perfect fit. Excellent service!
