5 /5 RA: I had a very bad experience during my first visit to Cary Lane, due to the poor treatment from two workers, Fern and Simone—especially Fern. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was truly disappointing. However, when I returned to address an issue with a clothing item I had purchased, Lavi and the head store manager completely turned things around. They not only accommodated us but also treated us with exceptional care, respect, and kindness—qualities that Fern and Simone unfortunately lacked. Thanks to Lavi and the store manager , my perception of the store has changed, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of this positive experience!
